Gilgit has a bustling old city market with a deep history and cultural sights. Our home in Danyor Village sits on the edge of Gilgit city just out of the bustle and is the perfect place to base yourself for a couple of days acclimatising to the north and planning your next adventures into the greater Hunza and Skardu regions. Our home is just a few minutes off the Karakoram Highway, only minutes from the main bus depot and airport of Gilgit. Either stay the night or stop for a chai break in our garden.

The main areas that you can explore from our home are Naltar, Karimabad, Fairy Meadows, Rakaposhi, Haramosh, Shandour, Buddha rock, Hunza, Skardu. Motorbiking, trekking and scenic travel into the highest mountain ranges in the world and the iconic Karakorm Highway following sections of the ancient silk route.
